Candidates
All candidates will be required to meet one of our experienced consultants so that we can establish exactly what kind of role is required. This will be an informal chat, in which your skills, education and experience will be discussed, so that we can focus on your strengths to determine your next career move.
As soon as a suitable position becomes available, we will contact you to outline the role, company, salary and location. If you are interested in the role, we will forward your CV to our client. We will never send your CV to a client without your approval.
When CV’s have been shortlisted, we will contact you to inform you of the client’s decision and if chosen to attend an interview, will work to arrange a mutually agreeable interview for both you and our client. Our aim is to keep you informed at all stages and once we know, you will know.
We can offer interview tips and ideas, and like to remind all of our candidates that the interview process is a chance for you to determine if the prospective employer meets your career requirements.
